What's the difference between seats and end users?

Seats are your team members who log into the admin dashboard to manage feedback. End users are your customers who submit feedback, vote, and comment. End users are always unlimited on every plan - we never charge per user like some competitors do.

What happens if I need more seats?

You can add additional seats at any time. Pro is $15/seat/month, Team is $20/seat/month, and Enterprise is $30/seat/month. Billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use.

Is there really a free tier?

Yes! The Free tier includes 1 seat, 1 board, and all core features with no time limit. It's perfect for solo founders or validating an idea before upgrading.

Is it free to run on my own servers?

Yes, completely free for all FOSS features (Free, Pro, and Team tier features). Deploy with Docker anywhere with no restrictions. Enterprise features like SSO and audit logs require a subscription.

What's included in Enterprise?

Enterprise includes SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, custom SLAs, a dedicated customer success manager, and priority support. These features require an Enterprise subscription even when self-hosting.

Can I migrate between self-hosted and cloud?

Yes. We provide migration tools to move your data between your own deployment and cloud instances seamlessly.
